Join me for this online group hypnosis session with a focus on mind-body healing.
In this session, we’ll explore ways to work with your unconscious mind to enhance your natural capacity for physical healing, as well as working to reduce the mental and emotional stressors that so often accompany health problems.
Exploring the healing potential of our mind-body connection is an aspect of cutting edge research, like the emerging field of psychoneuroimmunology, and there is a surprising amount of research showing that hypnosis can significantly impact various health conditions: from reducing pain and inflammation, improving immune response, digestive health, and sleep, and so much more.
I’ve also drawn inspiration from the large scale experiments outlined in Lynn McTaggart’s “Power of Eight” to include an exploration of the potential for group healing intention to enhance our individual experiences.
This pay-what-you-can event has a $20 suggested donation, however there is no minimum and everyone is absolutely welcome regardless of means.
We’re meeting on Zoom, so you’ll want to set up in a quiet space with a comfortable chair that provides good support. The session will be recorded, and you’re welcome to adjust your screen name or camera settings for privacy.
