Hypnosis for Confidence - FAQ

Hypnosis is a powerful tool for increasing confidence. Using NLP, hypnosis, and interactive techniques, you can overcome negative self-talk and limiting beliefs that hold you back and replace them with a deep sense of positive self-esteem.

How can hypnosis improve self-esteem?

Identify and change negative self-talk - Hypnosis helps you identify a negative mindset and self-talk. Once you’re aware of these patterns, you can replace them with positive and empowering alternatives.
Develop a positive self-image - Hypnosis is a powerful tool for developing a positive self-image. The focus will vary for each person. We find the source of self-defeating beliefs and then replace them.
For some clients a focus on strengths and accomplishments may be what’s needed to themself in a positive light. For others, it might be something like improving body image.
In the end, it all comes down to self-acceptance and self-love.
Set and achieve goals - Hypnosis can also help you to set and achieve goals. We’ll create a plan for achieving your goals and use hypnosis to help you feel excited and motivated to complete each step along the way. Enhancing self-efficacy is a positive way to build self-confidence.

How many sessions does it take to improve my self-image?

This depends on the factors involved for you, of course. However, most of my clients experience some benefit from the very first session, and continue building on that for several more. Most people have around 4 sessions for issues like this, and experience many noticeable shifts in that time frame, along with feeling equipped to continue making positive changes moving forward.

What does the unconscious mind have to do with confidence?

Most people are unaware of their own self-talk. There are deeply ingrained habits of mind and beliefs that run on a program below conscious awareness.
Hypnosis can release and replace those deeply rooted ideas about yourself. Once the old patterns are cleared, we replace them with a positive self-image.

What does self-talk have to do with self confidence?

Most of what we tell ourselves about who we are isn’t true. A built-in negativity bias keeps us focused on things we see as faults and failures, while we overlook our positive attributes.
Hypnosis helps reshape these negative biases by recognizing and emphasizing the positive realities that are already true.
You see yourself in a whole new light. One that allows you to feel good about what’s already there and continue to expand these positive traits.
It’s a process that continues to build on itself in wonderful ways. In just a few sessions you can break the habit of questioning yourself and begin to see how great you already are!
